What does it take to lose weight?  What do you personally have to do that someone else would not have to do?  Why are you in this position and how did you get there?

These are many questions that you may ask yourself.  You look at those individuals in the modeling industry with envy and you tell yourself that they are "gifted" and you could never look like them.  While genetics do play a role, and odds are that you probably will not ever look EXACTLY like most of the "super-fit" in a literal sense, you can still achieve a respectable physical condition at any age that even a fitness model would respect and recognize (and believe me, they do when the average Joe or Joan does it!).

The first thing that you should know before you embark on your journey:  The super-fit work really hard to achieve and maintain their condition!  Believe it or not, many of them went through periods in their life where they were 30 or more lbs overweight!  If you do the investigation and hear interviews from them, you will see this pattern of their history told over and over again.  The super-fit are just normal people.  Like most of us, they were thin during their childhood and teenage years only to gain a large amount of body-fat in their early 20's when their hormonal balance began to shift.  We are now finding that this is directly related to growth hormone production.  Prior to age 20, our growth hormone levels are at their peak and these high hGH levels make it extremely difficult to gain fat.  After all, growth hormone is a fabulously effective fat-burner.  Unfortunately, at up to $20 per I.U., growth hormone replacement therapy is extremely cost prohibitive to the average individual....especially when you need approximately 4 I.U. per day for a minimum of 12 weeks to get effective results, and then you must do this every 9 months or so.  So we must turn to other means to maintain our youthful body composition.

Like us, most super-fit individuals cannot afford growth hormone.  Make no mistake about it however, the super-fit people that you see at the gym or running laps in your neighborhood, or even on the morning aerobics show use fat burners!  You are reading correctly!  They all take Phentermine, Xenical, Meridia, and all of the other fat-loss drugs available!  Losing weight is HARD WORK!  Maintaining your weight loss is hard also, but it is relatively easy compared to losing the weight in the first place.  So don't listen to their "do as I say" rhetoric!  They, themselves don't even follow their own principles of "natural" weight loss!  Eventually you will make living a "leanness lifestyle" almost second-nature.  But it still requires some basic discipline.

What is the basic formula for their success?  Basically they maintain a low overall level of calories in their diet.  When losing weight, they let their calories fall to a level of 12 times their bodyweight in lbs.  So for a 200lb man, this would be 200*12 or 2400 calories per day.  At this level, you would lose about 2 lbs per week.  Let's say that this same man lost 20 lbs and was satisfied with his results.  To maintain this weight loss, he would need to eat about 15 times his new bodyweight in lbs, or 15*180 = 2700 calories per day.  These calories should be divided into 6 small meals throughout the day, with the largest of these meals in the early part of the day.  The final meal should be consumed 3 hours prior to bedtime.  So you cannot succeed without counting calories!  Now I'm not suggesting that you have to be EXACT about it, but you should be able to roughly estimate the number of calories in your daily diet.  You should be within 100 calories of your goal for each day.

Next comes exercise.  This is easy.  Exercise at least 30-45 minutes each day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.  If you cannot do this in the morning, make it a point to exercise 3 hours after one of your meals at some point during the day or at night.  The idea is to exercise when your insulin levels are low.  High insulin levels make it impossible to burn fat.  Insulin release by the pancreas is stimulated by the consumption of sugars in your diet.  This therefore ties into the third principle of weight loss....control your insulin levels by eating less carbohydrates in your diet.  Ideally you will eat a mixture of protein and carbohydrates in each meal, or a 50-50 ratio of each.

So where do diet pills enter in this equation?  Basically they help to lower your appetite, increase your energy, and in the case of some like Xenical, block the absorption of fat by your body.  This therefore lowers the overall amount of calories that are taken in each day.  Hunger is the biggest thing standing in your way of your ideal body, as illustrated above.  But again, you can defeat it through the use of the diet pills offered at an online pharmacy.  They help you maintain that discipline that is vital in the weight loss process.  And after you lose the weight, it is wise to go through diet phases periodically.  After all, NOBODY maintains a super-fit condition 365 days per year.  Most fitness models will gain 10 lbs in the off-season, and then have to go through the same struggles that everyone has to endure to drop that seemingly impossible last 10 lbs.  And make no mistake about it, those last 10 are the hardest to lose.  Again, these people are just like you and I....they take advantage of diet pills like Xenical, Phentermine, and Meridia to make the process faster and use these medicines to maintain their discipline.  You will not find a better source for these effective medications than the pharmacy below:
